October 26 to 28, 2009 - U.S. Ambassador Niels Marquardt traveled to Ft. Dauphin in southeastern Madagascar. Ambassador Marquardt visited several local USAID-funded projects, including a Top Reseau Plus clinic in Ambinanikely and the recently-concluded VARI water irrigation and environment project with CARE.
