For the latest security information, Americans living and traveling abroad should regularly monitor the Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs Internet web site where the current Travel Alerts, Travel Warnings, and Country Specific Information Sheets can be found.
We strongly recommend all Americans in Madagascar to register with the US Embassy. You can registerhere. Please include your e-mail address and cellular phone number.
