The safety of U.S. citizens traveling and residing abroad is the highest priority of the Department of State. Overseas Citizens Services (OCS) in the U.S. Department of State, and our embassies and consulates overseas, are charged with providing this consular protection and service.

The Consular Section is open for non-emergency ACS services weekday mornings from 8am – 11:30am. Services in the afternoons are by appointment only. Please contact us via e-mail to make an appointment.
