American Citizen Services
The safety of U.S. citizens traveling and residing abroad is the highest priority of the Department of State. Overseas Citizens Services (OCS) in the U.S. Department of State, and our embassies and consulates overseas, are charged with providing this consular protection and service.
To obtain American Citizen Services through the U.S. Embassy in Madagascar, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy at (261) 20-22-212-57.
The Consular Section will be closed November 19 and 20, 2009 for routine American Citizens Services. Please defer all routine services (passport renewals, notarials, etc.) until after that time. As always, we will remain open for emergencies.
